Contact Lens Prescriptions
You acknowledge and agree that all information given to us is true and accurate. nazaraty.com does not accept responsibility for any consequences of false or mistaken information from the customers. You hereby certify that you have a valid prescription not older than 24 months for the contact lenses that you are ordering. You also warrant that all the information supplied to us exactly matches the prescription given to you by your Eyecare Provider. You agree to strictly adhere to your Eyecare Provider’s advice regarding the use and handling of the contact lenses as prescribed. Notwithstanding the recommendations of the contact lens manufacturer you agree to adhere to the wearing regime as recommended by your Eyecare Provider. You agree to stop wearing the contact lenses and seek immediately the advise of an Eyecare Provider if your vision or the appearance of your eyes is not normal. Should it be deemed necessary you hereby give consent to us to verify your prescription and any other information relating to your eyes. We will however contact you beforehand and you may retract your consent at that stage, which allows us to terminate your contact lens order.
Eye Examination Recommendation
For continuous successful wearing of contact lenses we recommend to have your eyes checked every twelve months. For safe wearing of contact lenses your last eye examination should not exceed 24 months.
Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accepted your order, which indicates that a contract has been made between us. We will take payment from you when we accept your order. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, we will refund the payment and we will advise you that the goods are no longer available.
An order is placed on our website via adding a product to the shopping cart and proceeding through our checkout process. The checkout process includes giving us delivery, billing and any other relevant details for your order e.g. an optional gift message for gift cards, entering payment information and submitting your order. The final step consists of a confirmation page with full details of your order. We will also email you with confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to be placed for commercial purposes, e.g. any kind of reseller. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that we believe, solely by our own judgement, to have been placed fraudulently.

All prices listed on nazaraty.com are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST and any other sales tax. All prices are correct when published. Please note that we reserve the right to alter prices at any time for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

Pre-paid gift certificates are redeemable for goods sold on the nazaraty.com website. Lost or stolen certificates are the responsibility of the holder. Gift certificates expire 3 months after purchase. Balance information can be given on request.

Changes to this Agreement
nazaraty.com will provide a refund on any of our unopened boxes of contact lenses providing that they are returned to us within 10 working days. Unless we processed your order incorrectly, we do not refund any cost involved in returning products purchased from us. A handling fee for courier and administration cost of $10 will be charged on all returns. It is the customers' responsibility to return the products to us in undamaged condition.

How to Return a Product
You will need to include your tax invoice (receipt) as this information is your proof of purchase. Refunds will be credited against your account or original method of payment, eg to the credit card you used to make the purchase. If you would like to return a product, please email email@example.com first to arrange this. Make sure you include your order details.
Wrong Product Delivered
We apologies if you have received the wrong product. You are welcome to an exchange or refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this. Make sure you have your order details handy.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded.
All products supplied by nazaraty.com are vigorously tested to international standards. However, as with any mass produced products, there will always be the probability that a tiny percentage may exhibit a fault, which is why we provide a 7 day return to base warranty on all goods.
The faulty lens will need to be returned to our office along with a copy of your prescription from your optometrist which is no older than 24 months.
Faulty product will not be replaced if it is not returned for inspection, nazaraty.com will not be liable for any shipping charges on returns.

If you suspect your product has been damaged during delivery please do not throw away the parcel or cover in which the product came as CourierPost will need to inspect it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise the return of the product for inspection and will endeavour to send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If a product is temporarily out of stock it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified, if an item on backorder cannot be sourced, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We use overnight courier deliveries within New Zealand. We do depend on the services of the courier companies and therefore our delivery times are guidelines only as supplied to us by these companies. We endeavour to process your purchase the same day in order to deliver as soon as possible. Items not held in stock by us may face a delay of 3-5 working days or 1 – 2 weeks. We will notify you if there are any problems regarding time delays.
nazaraty.com responsibility for courier deliveries "without signatures required" ends, when the courier Track & Trace report clearly states that the parcel has been delivered at the provided address. From there all responsibility for receiving the parcel lays with the customer. We will provide our customers with evidence about the ticket number and date of dispatch but any further enquiries should be directed to the courier company directly.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
The Consumer Guarantees Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by nazaraty.com. In the event that goods sold are deficient or are faulty, the retailer has the right to repair, replace or refund.
Fair Trading Act 1986
The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer from being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.
